Requirements:

• 3+ years managing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications on Windows
• Strong IIS troubleshooting in complex, including air-gapped, environments
• Windows Server administration, including Active Directory (AD)
• Solid security knowledge (CIA triad, HIDS/IDS, Group Policy, AV controls)
• Authentication & authorization experience (OIDC, OAuth)
• Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, CI/CD, build agents, automation)
• Advanced PowerShell for Windows Server management
• Log analysis and performance troubleshooting
• IIS installation, configuration, and management
• SQL Server administration (install, configure, backup/restore)
• SSL certificate management (Microsoft CA / PKI)
• DNS fundamentals
• Network troubleshooting (including firewalls)
• Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)

Desired:

• ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
•Keycloak (realms, clients, roles, users)
• Proxy technologies
• C# / .NET 6+ / EF6 or EF Core

Activities:

• Part of the Assurance Tools Section within the Assurance Solutions Branch
• Responsible for tools supporting assurance, verification, and validation of CIS readiness
• Focus on interoperability across NATO Command Structure and multinational forces
• Support installation, operation, and maintenance of internal tools
• Write and update installation and configuration scripts
• Deploy tools across various NATO network environments
• Monitor systems and coordinate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
• Support software in highly secure, primarily air-gapped environments
• Execute Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities to improve usability and stability
• Assist development teams with Azure DevOps pipeline configuration
